Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to communicate in Spanish are highly desirable.
Duties
* Conduct door-to-door sales visits to prospective customers within designated areas.
* Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to potential clients.
* Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
* Analyse customer feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2C sales or a similar role is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and market conditions.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
