The Role
Were looking for an experienced IT Managed Services engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 & Azure. This role will focus on taking ownership of advanced technical issues, lead key infrastructure projects and mentor junior engineers.
You will also deliver high-level support across hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
You'll manage technical escalations, lead projects and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our customers IT infrastructureprimarily across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Be a senior member of the IT Engineering community at a leading MSP
2. Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex technical issues.
3. Lead projects including system upgrades and cloud migrations.
4. Conduct system checks, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
5. Experience of implementing MS Power Automate & Co-Pilot
