We are seeking someone who can lead our school community, develop learning and teaching and ensure that all pupils achieve their full potential. You should have experience of leading aspects of improvement across a school. Ideally, you will also have experience in a leadership post which could include a middle leader, central officer or headteacher post. You will be confident in leading learning and teaching at all stages, supporting positive relationships and behaviour, and building pupil voice to inform whole school improvement. If you have not gained this qualification, appointment can only be made on a fixed term basis for maximum period of 30 months.
