We are seeking a driven and proactive Lead Generation Executive to support our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads within key market sectors. You will play a vital part in the top of our sales funnel, helping to drive growth across UK and international markets.
Responsibilities
* Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business leads.
* Research and identify potential customers in defined industries (automotive, medical, industrial, etc.).
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and messaging.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.
* Set Discovery Call appointments for Business Development Managers.
* Assist in the execution and follow-up of email campaigns, webinars, and events.
* Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies based on performance metrics.
Remuneration
* Salary of £32,000 to £35,000pa, depending on experience.
* 25 days starting holiday + bank holidays (pro rata).

Hours of work
The hours of work are 40 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM.
Qualifications
* Successful track record in a lead generation role.
* Experience in the manufacturing, adhesives, automotive, or materials science sector is a plus.
