Sales Advisor - Motor Insurance
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (DOE) + Commission
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through insurance options, handling queries, and delivering an exceptional service experience. This role involves providing quotes, supporting renewals and policy changes, and playing a key part in contributing to team sales targets.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing accurate advice and quotes for existing customers
* Managing policy administration, including new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
* Delivering friendly, efficient, and compliant service
* Supporting the team in achieving sales and service KPIs
* Suggesting process improvements to enhance customer experience and performance
About You
* Experienced in motor insurance
* A strong communicator who enjoys helping customers
* Target-driven, confident, and motivated
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable using digital systems and managing multiple enquiries
