An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Rolls-Royce Bristol Turbines Facility (BTF) as Planning & Control Manager. The BTF manufactures Nozzle Guide Vanes and is set for a period of significant growth due to increasing demand for our products. We are seeking a Planning & Control Manager to play a pivotal role in this expansion. This is a key leadership position within the plant, part of a high-performing, cross-functional team.

As a Planning & Control Manager, you will lead activities across the manufacturing plant to ensure delivery performance, optimize inventory, and ensure compliance with material control policies. You will develop your team, drive process excellence, and apply a Lean mindset to reduce waste and optimize delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Planning & Control team to ensure performance metrics (OTIF, Arrears, Inventory, ERP compliance, KPIs) are met, with action plans to address gaps.
* Manage the Plant response to Sales, Inventory, and Operational Planning (SIOP), utilizing rough cut planning techniques.
* Own the 4-week Manufacturing Planning process, maintaining a balanced, executable production schedule in SAP.
* Develop future Rate readiness plans to support production volume targets.
* Manage inventory budgets and forecasts, aiming for improved stock turns.
* Contribute to commodity strategy and shape supply chain blueprints through change management.
* Oversee logistics processes, ensuring budget adherence and compliance.
* Develop and coach the Planning & Control team, ensuring the right competencies and training.
Candidate Profile
* Strong leadership and management skills in planning and control disciplines.
* Experience managing major programs/projects and operational functions in engineering, manufacturing, or planning.
* Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
* Experience operating in complex, high-pressure environments, including multicultural settings.
