Responsibilities
As part of the role you will...
* Contribute to, and actively drive an environment of great customer service, both in store and online.
* Have full operational control of your store, from stock control to merchandising & everything inbetween.
* Drive performance through structured KPIs.
* Receive on-the-job training and development, support from all departments, and access to an online learning structure.
