Role: Inbound Sales Advisor (Customer Care Specialist)
Location: Hybrid from Alcester near Redditch
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 hours shifts between 8am and 7pm, one weekend in every 5

We are looking for experienced and self-motivated Inbound Telesales Advisors to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
As an experienced Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will provide expert advice about what type and level of care would be perfect for them, working in a friendly team with a high-performance culture. You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure.

What we need from you
Main Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls from potential customers, identify their needs and ensure they receive their ideal, bespoke care solution
* Nurture customers through the sales process and manage our CRM database
* Work with sales targets in a dynamic environment
* Shifts between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, office-based in Alcester
* Weekend working 1 in every 5 weekends with alternative arrangements or pay
* Shared Bank Holiday coverage
Skills/Experience
* Experience in a telephone inbound/outbound sales role
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to show empathy and understanding
* Good listening skills with attention to detail
* Experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
