Due to continued service growth in 2026 and planned expansion into 2027, we are now seeking to recruit an Operations Support Officer to join our office team in Lisburn. About the Role Based in our Lisburn office, the Operations Support Officer will support the day-to-day administrative and operational processes that ensure our care services run smoothly. You will work closely with the management and office team to assist with new client onboarding, care package administration, information management and general office coordination. This role is ideal for someone with experience in health and social care administration, care coordination, or a busy office environment, who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Support the onboarding process for new clients joining Rodgers Community Care Assist with the administrative setup of new care packages Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems Provide general office administration and operational support Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately Liaise with managers and colleagues to ensure information is accurate and up to date Support the organisation and management of client and staff records Assist with preparing reports or documentation when required Occasionally provide cover for the on-call mobile phone when required What We Are Looking For Essential Experience working in Health & Social Care or a related administrative role Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience using care management or rostering systems Knowledge of the Northern Ireland social care sector Experience working in a busy office or coordination environment Why Join Rodgers Community Care?
