We specialise in rosette standard menus using locally sourced ingredients to produce Modern British Fayre. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiast approach to creating innovative dishes from locally sourced produce and demonstrate great attention to detail. Strong experience in restaurant & gastro pubs is advantageous.
