Responsibilities
As a Customer Relations Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to create personalised marketing plans that connect with potential residents, their families, and those in social care. Your marketing skills will drive occupancy in our Homes. You will organise and create external events, prepare and deliver marketing materials and social content, demonstrating and amplifying the benefits of Caring Homes so that more people see us as the future home of choice.

Your B2B and B2C experience will help forge strong relationships with individuals, organisations, and social care professionals. Regular contact with these stakeholders will translate into more residents benefiting from our dedication to care excellence.
Ideal candidate
You should bring your marketing knowledge and skills to life for a wide-ranging audience. Experience in roles such as Sales Consultant, Sales Executive, Sales Account Manager, or Dual Site Sales Manager is desirable. You’ll help your team understand challenges and how careful planning increases success. You will create strategies that connect your home with local audiences effectively. Calendar planning and content management skills are essential to build a sustained storytelling approach. You will also drive the development of strong relationships through data and insights.
