PAM Solution Architect Contract (Financial Services) Location: Sheffield (3 days per week on-site) Contract: Until end of the year (extension highly likely) Sector: Financial Services Rate: Competitive, depending on experience About the Role Were seeking an experienced PAM (Privileged Access Management) Solution Architect to join a leading financial services organisation on an initial contract through to the end of the year. This is a key role in shaping, designing, and delivering secure, scalable PAM solutions that support the clients ongoing security transformation initiatives. Youll play a pivotal role in defining the technical architecture, aligning PAM strategy with business and regulatory requirements, and ensuring robust governance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of PAM solutions across complex enterprise environments. Define architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for identity and privileged access management. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Assess current PAM capabilities and define a roadmap for enhancements and automation. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and industry regulations. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a PAM Solution Architect in large, regulated organisations (preferably financial services). Hands-on expertise with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or other enterprise-grade PAM tools. Strong understanding of IAM, Zero Trust, Active Directory, and cloud security principles. Experience developing architectural documentation, patterns, and reference models. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
