The role will be office-based initially, with the option to work up to 2 days per week from home once fully trained.This is a position where your judgement, discretion, and analytical strength will be relied upon daily. What you’ll be responsible for Multi-cycle payroll processing - weekly, fortnightly, and monthly runs, including mileage and expenses Payroll accuracy & compliance - ensuring every figure aligns with legislation Employee payroll support - acting as the go-to expert for payroll queries Finance team collaboration - providing cover and contributing to continuous improvement What you’ll bring Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience Strong Microsoft Office skills Exceptional organisational ability A calm, confident approach to deadlines The ability to work autonomously and flexibly Natural relationship-building skills Absolute discretion - confidentiality is non-negotiable Your contribution will directly support the organisation’s sustainability, governance, and operational success.
