This role will be accountable to the CRM Project Lead for a range of data, integration, and testing tasks to ensure the reliable delivery of the project, including:
* Fuzzy matching on company name
* Importing data to new systems
* Checking and identifying issues
* Testing integrations via front end and database access
* Migration of data between CRMs
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Experience with CRM management / administration, specifically Salesforce, Sugar, and Microsoft Dynamics
* Experience working with multiple datasets, transforming, and using data — knowledge of ETL processes
* Ability to troubleshoot issues using Citrix Virtual Desktops and Microsoft Applications, and communicate effectively with internal customers in a non-technical manner
* Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and logical thinking
* Knowledge of SQL Management Studio and confidence in using SQL scripts
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated team player, able to organise workload with minimal supervision, deliver on schedules, and report progress
* Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
* Experience with accountancy applications such as CCH or IRIS is advantageous
