Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage assigned construction and renovation projects across multiple healthcare sites.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent, budget alignment, and code compliance.
3. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets; escalate delays or issues proactively.
4. Lead procurement and installation of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
5. Conduct regular site visits, track progress, and ensure adherence to specifications.
6. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, permits, RFIs, and closeout materials.
7. Support project closeout processes, punch lists, occupancy coordination, and regulatory inspections.
8. Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, leadership, and service partners.
9. Assist with space planning and departmental relocations as needed.
10. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations when necessary.
11. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
12. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience in construction project management, particularly within healthcare settings, may substitute for formal education.
13. 3–5 years of experience managing commercial or healthcare-related construction projects.
14. Experience working with healthcare codes, AHCA, or related regulations (preferred)
Knowledge of:
15. Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and project budgets.
16. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office, project tracking tools.
18. Ability to manage multiple priorities across active projects.

Term of Employment:
