Job Summary
Bridge Medical Centre is a digitally advanced, patient‑focused training practice serving around 13,000 patients from its single modern site in Three Bridges, Crawley. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed salaried GPs to join our experienced, friendly, and supportive team.

Responsibilities
The post-holder will deliver safe, evidence‑based, person‑centred care to registered patients via telephone and face‑to‑face consultations.
Key Features
* Standard sessions: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm
* Telephone consultations: 10 minutes each
* Face‑to‑face consultations: 15 minutes each
* Same‑day appointment model for improved access
* Opportunities for minor surgery, joint injections, and women's health clinics
* Low home‑visit demand supported by the paramedic team
* Minimal administrative burden through digital workflow systems
* Sessions fully managed by partners, ensuring appropriate scheduling and clinical control
Contract and Remuneration
* Competitive salary based on experience
* Contract aligned with or better than the BMA model salaried GP contract
* NHS indemnity covered
* Full‑time or part‑time sessions available (up to 12 GP sessions per week)
* Permanent contract
Qualifications
* Fully qualified GP with current GMC registration
* Inclusion on the National Medical Performers List
* MRCGP or equivalent postgraduate qualification
* Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
* Eligibility to practise independently in the United Kingdom
Desirable Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification or additional certification in a clinical specialty (e.g., women's health, minor surgery, dermatology)
* Recognised GP trainer or supervisor accreditation, or interest in working towards this
Experience
* Experience working in a UK primary care or equivalent clinical environment
* Managing a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions
* Collaborative work within a multidisciplinary clinical team
* Managing patient care in accordance with NHS primary care frameworks and clinical governance principles
* Using electronic clinical systems – SystmOne
* Delivering patient‑centred care in a busy and diverse practice environment
* Maintaining accurate and timely medical records in line with professional standards
Desirable Experience
* Participation in clinical audit, quality improvement projects, or service development initiatives
* Teaching, mentoring, or supervising trainees or other healthcare professionals
* Interest in minor surgery, women's health, or joint injections
