Protocol are working with a BS25 Secondary School to help them recruit a warm, friendly and pro-active individual to support a male student in a 121 role, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
You’ll be working closely with one student, helping him:
* Regulate emotions and feel settled throughout the day
* Stay engaged and access mainstream lessons
* Build confidence, routines, and positive relationships
You’ll be that steady presence, the one who helps turn tricky moments into small wins.

You might already have experience in:
* SEND or SEMH support
* Youth work or mentoring

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
