Area Sales Manager – HVAC Region: Northern Ireland & Scotland Salary: £55,000 – £62,000 basic (OTE £71K ) Car: Premium hybrid/company car (BMW/Tesla-level) We are recruiting an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover a key territory spanning the Northern Ireland and Scotland. This region is well-established but currently underperforming, offering plenty of scope to grow and develop both new and existing relationships. This role focuses on mechanical valves and secondary circulation solutions, selling on availability, service and commercial value rather than complex engineering theory. You’ll work closely with M&E contractors, consultants, and merchants, generating specifications and closing commercial orders typically ranging from £30k–£100k.
