The Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner – Setter / Programmer to join our clients skilled team. This role offers variety and technical skills. You will be responsible for setting, proving out, and operating CNC turning machines, ensuring complex parts are produced accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Work independently on Mazak and Fanuc controls .
* Interpret technical engineering drawings to develop machining strategies.
* Devise effective workholding solutions.
* Set and operate CNC lathe.
* Ensure all work meets tight tolerances and quality standards.
* Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a CNC Turner in a high-precision environment
* Ability to work from complex technical drawings with minimal supervision.
* Familiarity with Mazatrol and Fanuc control systems .
* Methodical, detail-oriented, and committed to producing work of the highest quality.

* Competitive salary £35,000 – £40,000 DOE .
