Job Description We are looking for a Learning Solutions Proposal Writer to join our growing commercial team. To be a support resource to the sales support team, particularly in the support of bids and bid writing. Under the guidance of the LexCs and Client Managers, support in the creation of proposals, meeting the needs of responsiveness of clients while maintaining our high standards of quality. This role is ideal for new graduates and/or those looking to gain valuable agency experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Job Requirements We are ideally looking for the following: Ability to tell stories in a captivating and engaging way Strong writing skills and attention to detail Customer-centricity Comfortable in client-facing settings Excellent collaboration skills Growth mindset Comfort in navigating ambiguity Entrepreneurial / commercial mindset Experience within a sales environment is advantageous but not essential Ideally experience working in a fast-paced agency (or similar) environment Creative flair Job Responsibilities Attend client calls to capture prospect needs Write proposals that shape a compelling narrative of Sponge’s value relative to the needs of a prospect Conduct research on relevant behavioral frameworks and/or industry-specific insights. Bring proposals to life with innovative approaches and moments of delight Independently generate proposals (and craft creative concepts) for smaller opportunities and/or non-ICP clients Deliver high quality proposals in a timely manner (based on the standards set by our proposal scorecard) Work closely with LexC's to define a clear concept for a proposal and, under their guidance, support in the execution of the concept.
