As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of commercial strategies, optimising processes, and driving business growth.
What youll do
* Build robust commercial processes and systems.
* Strategically organise the commercial function to deliver exceptional results
* Support the identification and development of commercial opportunities.
* Act as a key liaison between the external sales team, customers, and the production team.
* Optimise processes to drive revenue growth
* Coach, train and develop the team to proactively identify revenue opportunities
* Develop and implement customer-centric strategies.
