Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Location: Sheffield – Office-Based with Hybrid Potential
Salary: £28,000 – £45,000 DOE + Monthly Bonus up to £300
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

An established and growing organisation within the debt recovery sector is seeking a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its legal team based in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of defended claims via a case management system
* Review high-value or complex pre-legal debts for litigation suitability
* Draft legal pleadings, witness statements, and prepare court bundles for small claims, fast track and multi-track cases
* Liaise with clients regarding legal advice, prospects of success, and case strategy
* Coordinate with courts, enforcement agencies, and third-party providers to ensure case efficiency
* Handle insolvency proceedings including Bankruptcy and Winding Up Petitions
* Manage Return of Goods claims
* Undertake additional legal duties as required
Key Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Experience managing defended caseloads, ideally within Small Claims Track litigation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient with case management systems and general IT tools
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Solution-focused mindset with the ability to meet targets and KPIs
