Metro Rod Deeside is looking for a well organised, motivated and forward thinking individual to join our team.
Previous experience within the drainage or service industry would be highly beneficial but is not essential. Excellent communication skills and good IT literacy are a must.
Duties will include:
* General admin and duties, assisting as and when needed;
* Answering calls, responding to emails etc;
* Assisting with generating of reports and answering customer enquiries.
* Requesting purchase orders and logging jobs on our bespoke software (for which full training shall be given).
* Form part of a rota for out of hours "on call" escalation process which will include bonus payment
Own driving license and transport / ability to report to our office in Deeside is essential.
