Overview
Customer Service Advisor - Natwest/Ulsterbank Belfast at TieTalent. Location: Belfast City Centre, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Role is permanent and full-time.
Salary: £26,200 per year. Start date: various through Aug/Sept 2025. Shifts: Full-time, 40 hours per week, hours between 07:00 and 23:00.
Probity requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud checks will be completed. Must evidence last 2 years employment history and last 5 years address history.
Responsibilities
* Provide a proactive and reactive service to ensure customers meet their financial arrangements in line with their goals.
* Be at first point of contact to deliver outstanding customer service and help the organisation achieve its goals.
* Educate customers on different banking options and support them in choosing the right service for their personal needs.
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures while delivering a seamless customer experience.
* Take actions to deliver good customer outcomes and review/gap events to mitigate issues.
What You’ll Do
* Conduct financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions on products and services.
* Manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.
* Support the bank’s way of working to help as many customers as possible.
* Maintain relationships with colleagues to support customers and align with wider business aims.
* Resolve complaints and errors promptly to restore customer relationships and satisfaction.
* Ensure each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in a customer service environment with strong relationship management.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience working within a regulatory environment.
* Good technology skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
* Customer-focused attitude.
