A supportive primary school in Gateshead is looking for a compassionate Part-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils who may need additional help in the classroom.
This role is ideal for those interested in SEN, behaviour support, or educational psychology, while also offering flexibility in working days.
The role is part-time, term time only, working between 8.30am and 3.30pm.

The Role
As an LSA, you will play a key role in supporting pupils to access learning and feel confident in the classroom.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Supporting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
• Assisting teachers with adapted learning activities
