Client Account Manager (40 hours) £45,000 plus up to £5k car allowance plus commission (0.75% is paid on revenue over and above the baseline revenue and paid quarterly)
Commission calculation: If a CAM’s total accounts is worth £5 million and the new target is 10% growth then the payable commission would be £3,750
Calc: 10% growth on 5 million = £500,000- 0.75% of 500,000 = £3,750 payable commission.
The role is based onsite,however hybrid working is expected with visiting of customer locations too working hours 08.30 – 5.30 pm
The candidate will be an experienced Client Account manager (business development) coming with a proven logistics background and be based in the Midlands area. Would suit someone already in account management role who but could have the potential to move into new sales at a later date.

* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations
* Track record of managing multiple commercial processes (budgets, contract renegotiation, KPI measurement), forecasting precisely, and identifying the solutions we can offer resulting in a positive commercial outcome for the companyand customers
* Full Clean Driving License
