Role Overview
You will thrive and grow as a 2nd or 3rd line technical support engineer (we are hiring for multiple positions at both levels). Responsibilities include resolving escalated queries efficiently, maintaining top-tier customer service, managing customer documentation meticulously, and adhering to service management principles.
Technologies You’ll Work With
HPE server/SAN infrastructures, Hyper-V and VMware, Windows Server/Desktop OS and Microsoft products, Sophos and networking products, Managed backup solutions, Hosted VOIP solutions, LAN/WAN technologies.
Desired Experiences
* Strong experience in 2nd/3rd tier IT helpdesk support, preferably within MSPs
* Recognized industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, MS certifications, Network+, CCNA are desirable
* Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows OS, DNS, DHCP
* Proven ability to handle major incidents and lead root cause investigations
* Exceptional communication skills and a driven personality
* Valid driving license

This is a full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days a week in Cardiff). Please note, this role does not offer sponsorship.
