Senior Recovery Worker- Rehabilitation Service- £24,297 + Benefits- Burnley, BB11 1UG
The Role
Are you experienced in supporting individuals with mental health needs or learning disabilities? Are you seeking a senior role where you can make a significant impact in a new service?
We are launching Inspiring Minds East, a Supported Living Rehabilitation Service in Burnley, and are hiring two Senior Recovery Workers: one full-time (35 hours/week) and one part-time (28 hours/week).
You will assist adults with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism spectrum conditions. Your responsibilities include delivering recovery-oriented interventions to promote wellbeing, independence, and social inclusion, along with taking on senior duties to ensure smooth service operation and development.
Shifts are on a rota basis: 8am–3pm, 3pm–10pm, with occasional sleep-in shifts 10pm–8am (additional pay applies).

The Person
* Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or willingness to attain it.
* Experience working in mental health settings, with complex needs, and managing or leading teams is advantageous.
* Experience working with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism spectrum individuals in a recovery-focused manner.
* Experience in supervisory roles and liaising with professionals and partner organizations.
