Base pay range
SEN Teacher - One-to-One Support That Changes Lives
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
Location:Skegness and surrounding areas
Rate:£30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Schedule:Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours:9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible)
Focus:Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs
The Role
We're looking for experienced and compassionate SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one education to students who require a more tailored approach. Working with learners who face a range of challenges, you'll play a vital role in helping them re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve meaningful progress.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver personalised lessons in core subjects, adapted to each student's learning style and pace
* Create a safe, structured environment that supports emotional and academic development
* Work collaboratively with families and carers to ensure continuity of support
* Encourage independence, resilience, and a positive attitude toward learning
* Promote inclusive values and model positive behaviour
What You'll Need
* QTS or equivalent (PGCE)
* Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
* Experience across Key Stages 1-4
* Proven ability to support students with SEN and SEMH needs
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
