Senior Business Analyst
* 9-month Contract Outside IR35
* Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport)
* Hybrid working (with approximately 1 day per week in the office)
* Rate: £500 per day Outside IR35
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst, within the New Vehicle (Next Gen) Team.
What you’ll be doing:
"Contractor Services" means the Provision of a Senior Business Analyst Consultancy services for the design, delivery, support and maintenance of applications in the New Vehicle Sales (NextGen) product domain as required by defined projects and milestones below.

This is a key role linking the business needs with the technical know-how to enable your team to develop new business models or improve our existing business processes. It will include:
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define, refine, and prioritise business requirements.
* Facilitator of engaging and productive workshops, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
* Use excellent communication skills to provide clarity within complex business landscapes.
* Evaluate current business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.
* Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Demonstrate deep understanding of Scrum frameworks, Agile delivery principles, and business process modelling.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, pre-planning and sprint planning.
* Expertise in the creation of epic, feature or user story backlog items as well as overall backlog management.
* Involvement in the delivery of the business goals from start to finish, supporting the piloting and kaizen to ensure a successful outcome.
* Team working with the experts within the System teams both at TGB and TME to help shape the new processes supported by technology.
* Managing the hidden aspects of technology which ensure the smooth operations, such as SLAs, Business Continuity and Security.
* Where necessary help develop interesting and innovative training programmes with the People/Academy teams.
* Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems and introduce new and emerging technologies to our user community.
Qualifications and Experience
