We are developing our People Strategy that will set out our aspirations and shape the work of the HR/OD service for the next five years. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking HR Advisor to join our People and Inclusion Service. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of transformation, supporting directorates across the Council to drive performance, enable cultural change, and deliver services that make a real impact on the lives of Bury s citizens. This role is a career graded role and we are looking for someone to join us at either: Level 2 - Grade 9 31,537 to 34,434 Level 3 - Grade 11 39,152 to 40,777 What you ll do: Work with managers to resolve workforce challenges. Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, with a focus on employee relations casework and organisational change. What we re looking for: Proven experience in a HR advisory role within a complex organisation. Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
