About the role
We’re looking for aDemand Generation Managerto help us reach and engage with more of our target market. This is a key role in our marketing team – and a brilliant opportunity to make a big impact, quickly.
You’ll lead the charge in getting the right message in front of the right people at the right time. You’ll turn our clear ICPs, compelling value proposition, and new brand messaging into high-performing campaigns that generate pipeline and fuel our continued success.
You’ll blend creative energy with sharp execution and a strong handle on data. And you’ll bring experience in Account Based Marketing, demand generation, email, SEO, and other performance channels – all with a mindset of learn and scale.
What you’ll be doing
* Own and deliver our demand generation activity across paid and owned channels.
* Turn our strong ICP knowledge into targeted, multi-channel campaigns that convert into pipeline.
* Lead Account Based Marketing campaigns that focus on our target accounts with precision and impact.
* Own website user journeys and work with the wider team to drive maximum website conversion.
* Oversee paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for maximum impact and pipeline generation.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to align messaging, qualify leads, and move opportunities through the funnel.
Campaign creation & execution
* Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, content, events, and other channels.
* Partner with content, design, and product marketing to create assets that speak to our personas and move them to action.
* Create compelling, conversion-focused copy that resonates with our target audiences.
Nurturing and optimising the funnel
* Plan and launch nurture journeys that move prospects from awareness to action.
* Use segmentation and marketing automation to deliver relevant, timely communications.
* Constantly refine workflows to improve lead quality, velocity, and conversion rates.
Measuring what matters
* Track and report on performance across the funnel: MQLs, demos booked, pipeline created.
* Analyse campaign data to uncover insights and identify opportunities to improve.
* Own your numbers. Celebrate what works. Learn fast from what doesn’t.
What you bring
Must-haves
* 4+ years in demand generation or GTM roles – ideally in B2B SaaS.
* Experience leading multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline growth.
* A proven track record in ABM, paid media, SEO, email, and multi-channel campaigns.
* A knack for copy that converts, not just impresses.
* The ability to work across teams and build great relationships with sales, content, and design.
Nice to haves
* Experience in AI, automation, or compliance-related markets.
* Experience working with external agencies or growth partners.
