As a Senior Knowledge Lawyer sitting within the Operational Risk & Environment department, you will work closely with the Head of ESG & Impact, partners, knowledge lawyers, and BD professionals. You will lead the development of high-quality ESG knowledge resources, drive internal and external engagement, and support the firm’s ESG business strategy. Key Responsibilities Deliver ESG thought leadership, client tools, and knowledge resources. Lead ESG training, knowledge-sharing, and client engagement initiatives. Build the firm’s external ESG profile through thought leadership and industry involvement. Conduct horizon scanning and share key ESG legal and regulatory developments. Foster cross-practice ESG collaboration and manage firmwide ESG knowhow. You will be a qualified lawyer (England & Wales) with 7 PQE and strong experience in environmental law, sustainable finance, human rights, and corporate governance with a background in corporate law. Previous experience as a Knowledge Lawyer or PSL is desirable but not essential. You will bring: Excellent technical legal and commercial skills.
