As a Manager, you will be responsible for the purpose of care for those children aged between 10-18 years that require EBD and LD expertise. We seek an individual with a proven track record of at least two years as a Registered Manager of a children's home, coupled with the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) to run our precious 3 bed home.
Being committed to quality assurance if key for us, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the best possible practice whilst adhering to the Children's regulations and relating guidance. Ensuring the organisation is promoted at all times.

The Registered Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the home, instrumental in creating a nurturing and secure environment with strong leadership, inspirational ideas and strong communication skills with systems, promoting safeguarding and enhancing the lives of the children we care for.
Efficiently overseeing various tasks that are not limited to ensuring the overall well-being and development of both staff and children, managing budgeting, adhering to policy and procedures, safer recruiting talented staff, continually reviewing care planning, professional joint networking, meeting quality assurance needs and actions resulting so the needs of the business are met. Ensuring ongoing personal development for every workforce member, reviewing homes documentation to enable compliance and regulatory expectations to be continually met. Thus promoting the sustainability and viability of the business. Representing the organisation positively at all times to professionals including Local Authorities.
