Your responsibilities will include:
* Negotiating offers effectively to secure the best deals for both buyers and sellers
* Conducting property viewings and driving sales through outstanding customer service
* Registering potential buyers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the ideal properties
* Promoting new properties and ensuring all listings reach the right audience
* Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market
* Providing accurate market valuations for potential sellers, based on the best available data and comparable property sales
To be considered for the role, you must have:
