Your responsibilities will include:
6. Negotiating offers effectively to secure the best deals for both buyers and sellers
7. Conducting property viewings and driving sales through outstanding customer service
8. Registering potential buyers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the ideal properties
9. Promoting new properties and ensuring all listings reach the right audience
10. Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market
11. Providing accurate market valuations for potential sellers, based on the best available data and comparable property sales
