Overview
Sanctuary Personnel, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency, is currently looking for an experienced Registered Night Nurse to work in Leatherhead on a full-time basis. Salary for this permanent role is £35,392 – £42,618 per annum.

Responsibilities
* Make a Difference: Oversee and manage patient rehabilitation, ensuring their physical and personal well-being.
* Hands-On Care: Assist with diet, hygiene and personal appearance, while implementing effective care and therapy plans.
* Medication Management: Administer and audit medication alongside the Head of Nursing.
* Collaborative Approach: Work closely with specialists to manage continence and dietary needs.
* Safety and Excellence: Maintain high standards of safety, infection control and accurate clinical records.
* Leadership and Training: Train staff on clinical care, supervise Support Workers, and contribute to effective discharge planning.
