RSM UK Legal is growing our Legal 500 ranked employment team and is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to drive forward our expansion plans in London. As an Employment Solicitor, you will supervise junior solicitors, manage your own caseload, and develop relationships with new and existing UK and international corporate clients. The position is based in either our London, Birmingham, or Manchester office, with a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading as a point of contact for employment law matters within the team.
* Identifying and leading business development opportunities, pitching for work with new and existing clients.
* Proactively identifying future changes in employment law and government policy.
* Providing technical expertise to deliver premium, solutions-driven services to clients.
* Supervising and assisting junior team members with their development.

* Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
* Experience working in a team environment on projects and transactional matters.
* Experience in advocacy or dealing with regulatory inspections.
