* Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
* Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
* Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you’re in a video game with our stellar training programs
* Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
* Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
* Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
* Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for
Center Operations
* Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
* Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.
We Want To Hear From People Who Have a
* Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
* Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
* Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
* Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
* Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* CPR Certified: Or willingness to get it. Safety First!

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
