Isaac James Associates is delighted to be working with a leading Manufacturing business with global operations to appoint an Assistant Accountant into their Lincolnshire offices. Responsibilities:
1. Produce weekly and monthly reports.
2. Prepare variance analysis reports, providing thorough explanations for variances and emerging trends.
3. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
4. Produce month end Journals.
5. Work on ad-hoc projects within the General Ledger Team.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. The successful candidate will be a newly or almost Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
2. Experience in a Manufacturing environment is an essential requirement.
3. Excellent accounting technical knowledge.
4. Demonstrable prior experience in a Record to Report environment.
5. Due to the nature of the role, this is 100% office based.
