Hospital Director
Rowley Hospital & Beacon Park Hospital, Stafford
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Hospital Director to join the teams at Rowley Hospital and Beacon Park Hospital, both in Stafford.

Successful applicants must be highly motivated, inspirational with a high levels of self-awareness, vision, commercial acumen and rapport.
In addition to being the CQC Registered Manager for the sites, you will hold full P&L responsibility; provide leadership and strategic direction to the hospitals which includes leading and delivering local business development activities. You will also join the North cluster and work with peers from across the cluster to develop initiatives to improve our collective performance. This will require the successful applicant to establish and maintain diverse relationships working with consultants, the NHS and other external bodies, building strong links with both internal and external stakeholders.
To be suitable for this role, you will need to evidence your:
1. An excellent understanding of current health industry issues and relevant tertiary / post-graduate qualifications.
2. Proven leadership, business development, strategic planning experience and risk management skills.
3. Experience of inspiring and managing employees in a commercial context with strong business acumen.
4. Experience of leading change in a commercial or health care environment.
5. Excellent decision-making capabilities, people management skills, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
6. A strong desire to influence the hospitals culture in a positive way to promote an inspired, well-led and collaborative working model whilst maintaining a patient centric approach
