Why this role?
We are looking for an ambitious, trend-oriented, experienced Menswear Designer to join our team in Market Harborough as we launch The Set, our stunning new range. This is your chance to play a vital role in shaping a brand from the ground up while elevating the key wardrobe staples.
What you’ll be doing:
* Designing: Using your trend and brand knowledge to help support the design process from start to finish.
* Supplier Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers, ensuring you are building those relationships.
* Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including buying, technology, and merchandising.
About you
* Creative Expertise: A background as a Designer or Senior Designer within a UK brand is essential, along with proficiency in jersey and woven designs.
* Trend: An understanding of current trends, coupled with a talent for translating them into customer-relevant styles.
* Technical Skills: Confidence in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to produce polished tech packs from concept to completion.
* Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and assist with the design process seamlessly.
* Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for elevation, refinement, and intricate details that set our designs apart.
