Responsibilities
* Service charge preparation and monitoring of budgets.
* Working on new business opportunities
* Regular client reporting.
* Provision of advice in relation to lease events.
* Undertaking management inspections.
* Tenant liaison.
About you
* RICS qualified.
* Self-motivated to meet and exceed client’s expectations.
* Strong communicator with effective verbal and written skills.
* To promote the profile of the Property Management team.
* Act as a role model and mentor.
