Housing Services are looking for a technical expert in the areas of damp, mould and condensation and who is at qualified to at least HNC level in a related area of Construction or Building Surveying. As the Services expert you will need an in-depth understanding of Building Construction and association regulations, legislation and guidance in relation to the management of Damp & Mould.
