Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor - Food/FMCG\nLocation: Leicester \nSalary: £34,000 + 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays\nHours: Sunday to Friday (5 nights out of 6) | 6pm - approx. 2/3am\nFlexible finish times depending on workload\nExclusive role - 2-stage interview process\n\nAre you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader with a background in food, fresh produce or FMCG? If so, this could be your next step.\n\nWe're looking for a strong, hands-on night shift leader to manage a team of around 25 operatives, pickers, sorters, FLT drivers and admin staff. You'll play a key role in ensuring orders are picked accurately and loaded correctly for next-day delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage a warehouse team to fulfil customer orders overnight (chilled/fresh goods)\n\nEnsure correct products and quantities are picked and placed onto cages in order\n\nOversee FLT drivers loading cages onto delivery vehicles in correct sequence\n\nMonitor performance, manage lateness/absences, and drive improvements\n\nEnsure processes and standards (H&S, food safety, date rotation) are followed\n\nConduct basic HR duties including disciplinaries and return-to-work interviews\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nPrevious experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader\n\nBackground in food production, fresh produce, or FMCG logistics\n\nSolid team management skills - firm but fair approach, able to lead by example\n\nUnderstanding of food safety, health & safety and basic HR processes\n\nStrong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills\n\nAble to work 5 nights out of 6 (Sunday to Friday), starting around 6pm\n\nWhat's On Offer:\n£32,000 - £34,000 salary \n\n25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays\n\nA supportive team and stable working environment\n\nGenuine opportunity to improve operations and make an impact\n\nApply now for an initial conversation - first stage will be a site tour and informal meet, followed by a second-stage competency-based interview
