1. Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
2. Work with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities
3. Provide targeted 1:1 or small‑group support
4. Assist with behaviour management and daily classroom routines
5. Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups
What you’ll need to succeed
6. Previous experience supporting children in a primary school or similar environment
7. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping young learners succeed
8. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
9. Flexibility and availability at short notice
10. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
