We're supporting a forward-thinking business in their search for an Internal Sales & Customer Service Coordinator – a key role at the heart of their operations. You'll be the go-to person for customer orders, quotations and queries, working closely with colleagues across Purchasing, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure everything is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling customer quotations by phone and email, ensuring every detail is spot on.
* Processing orders, proformas and keeping systems updated (Winman experience a bonus).
* Liaising with customers about their orders and keeping them informed every step of the way.
* Translating customer requirements into accurate product specifications.
* Coordinating with internal teams and organising transport for international shipments.
* Providing technical and product support (with guidance from technical experts where needed).
* Reporting daily sales activity and feeding back insights to management.
What We're Looking For
* A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and an organised, systematic approach.
* Someone who can work independently, but also thrives in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience in sales or customer-facing environments (contact centre, or similar).
* A positive, resilient attitude – able to stay calm under pressure.
