We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our passionate brigade.

We're Looking For a Sous Chef Who:
* Has a strong background in 2 Rosette-level kitchens and a solid, stable work history.
* Is passionate about British gastro‑pub cuisine, presented with finesse.
* Can confidently lead and support a large team across all sections through busy, high‑volume services.
* Is committed to maintaining high standards in taste, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
* Can act as a strong right hand to the Head Chef and take the lead when needed.
* Enjoys collaborating with the front‑of‑house team for smooth, consistent service.
* Leads by example and enjoys mentoring and developing teams.
* Positive and solution focused mindset.
