Hays is recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to join a dynamic team delivering facilities management and maintenance services on a high-profile estate.
What you'll do:
* Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, plant, and equipment.
* Develop and implement maintenance programmes aligned with strategic objectives.
* Manage external contractors and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and professional standards.
* Act as Duty Holder/Authorised Person for relevant disciplines, ensuring compliance with statutory health and safety legislation.
* Drive continuous improvement in maintenance standards, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
* Support team development, performance reviews, and foster a positive, high-performing culture.
What you'll bring:
1. Formal Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC qualifications (multi-skilled preferred).
