* Secure new listings and optimise existing partnerships through insight-led selling and tailored brand engagement
* Work closely with internal teams to shape customer strategy, pricing proposals, and route-to-market execution
* Deliver in-venue training, tastings, and bespoke activations to elevate brand visibility and influence wine lists
* Act as a polished and confident brand ambassador, representing the brand with integrity and style at all times
* Collaborate with marketing and events to support key trade shows, dinners, and brand experiences.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience in premium On Trade sales, ideally within wine and/or spirits – luxury brand experience is highly desirable
* Background as a Sommelier or beverage buyer within fine dining or prestige hospitality is highly advantageous
* WSET Level 2 (minimum) required; WSET Level 3, Diploma or CMS qualifications preferred
* Commercially sharp with experience in account planning, sales forecasting, and working with premium RTM partners
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – able to sell through storytelling as well as numbers
* Self-motivated, well-organised and used to working autonomously in a field-based role
* Confident navigating high-profile environments, with a natural flair for relationship-building and a meticulous eye for detail
