About The Role
Are you the type of person who enjoys regularly interacting with customers, offering technical support with inquiries, and resolving issues? If so, this could be the role for you. We're looking for Customer Service professionals to join our Technical Operations Centre and help us deliver our customer promise - to delight every customer, every time.
As a Technical Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service to our Power Generation, Plant, and Accommodation customers. Your experience will help troubleshoot on-site issues, diagnose problems, and guide customers through procedures such as resetting or restarting generators, or basic fault diagnosis within accommodation units.
Your days will involve communicating with customers via telephone and email, taking ownership of inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. You'll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure we provide the best experience and continuously improve our service standards.
This is a great opportunity for individuals from a customer service desk or call centre environment who want to see the tangible impact of their work in a hands-on, operational, service-focused business.
During your first week, you'll complete a bespoke training program designed to equip you with the confidence and skills to deliver a world-class rental experience. We also support your personal growth and long-term career aspirations within Sunbelt.
Working shifts between 7am-7pm on a 4 on 4 off pattern.

About You
To succeed, you should have:
* Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role.
* Experience in technical support or service roles, handling repair and service inquiries (advantageous).
* Exceptional communication skills to engage with internal and external customers.
* An inquisitive mindset with strong problem-solving skills for on-site issues.
* Teamwork and a collaborative approach.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A commitment to continuous improvement.
* Good computer literacy, especially in MS Office, and enthusiasm for learning new IT systems.
